Local business OWS chooses QVH Charity for its charity of the year

We are pleased to have partnered with Lingfield fire safety business, OWS, as their chosen charity for the year.

OWS Fire Rated Ltd are dedicated to improving fire safety in buildings, designing, manufacturing and installing fire-rated glazing systems.

Based just down the road from our hospital, the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead, OWS are really pleased to be working alongside QVH Charity.

Rachel Potter, Business Development Manager, said: “It was great to meet with Camilla Lane from the QVH Charity and find out about the fantastic and important work the team does. We look forward to working together and supporting this great local charity!

“We are really pleased and proud to announce our partnership.”

QVH Charity helps make a difference to the hospital by providing the things that are above and beyond what the NHS funds. This includes fully funding an outdoor activity weekend for children recovering from burns and reconstructive surgery, as well as dermatoscopes to help doctors catch Cancer early. The difference it makes can be life changing.

Camilla Lane, Head of Fundraising and Voluntary Services, said: “We are delighted that we have been chosen as OWS Fire Rated Ltd’s Charity of the year and look forward to working with them. Every penny raised helps us to improve experiences for patients, families and our staff.

Whether it’s providing life-saving equipment, enhancing facilities or investing in the little things that make a big difference, the funds raised by our partners has a massive impact.”
